You start the trip with our guide and Bikes or Cyclo with riders from your hotel in Hue city and travel around the city.
We travel through colorful Truong Tien Bridge – the famous bridge in Hue city and have the view of the Perfume River. You will pass through Dong Ba Marker where is the biggest one of Hue city and you can buy all here. It is well known as the biggest trading centre of the city and province lie right on Perfume River and foot of Truong Tien Bridge.
Right at the market you can take some Hue specialty dishes and very local such as buy some fruit cakes which only Hue people have and fresh local fruits.
The riders takes you to Thuong Tu gate where you can taste Banh Khoai – Hue Fried Pancake at a deaf and mute people restaurant for generations
Have a round way on Cyclo at Imperial city to enjoy its beauties and listen to the history of last Royal Dynasty of Nguyen in Vietnam and then reach Kim Long Street where you can taste Banh Uot Thit Nuong – one of famous specialties of Hue people (Grilled Pork Wrapped with Hue Wet Rice Paper and Grilled Pork Vermicelli)
Continue along the road of Perfume River bank to reach back city centre again and have more taste with Bun Bo Hue – Hue Beef Vermicelli Soup, Banh Beo Chen – Steamed Rice Discs Topped with Shrimp – a number of small steamed rice cake topped with chopped dried and fresh shrimp, scallions, Mung bean paste and crispy fried shallot that comes with a sauce, Banh Loc – Filtered Tapioca Dumplings, Banh Loc Filtered Tapioca Dumplings with shrimp
